The company relies on the know-how of its experienced staff, with 25% of its human resources consisting of a very dynamic team of experienced Electrical – Engineers working in the crucial department of R&D and constantly developing new innovative products.
OLYMPIA ELECTRONICS SA aiming in the quality, has adopted in the last years, production and inspection procedures that have supplied the market with products that are totally in accordance with European construction prototypes (ΕΝ). For the production, the company applies advanced systems “world class manufacturing” such as lean systems, TPM, 5S which give it competitive advantages.
The company applies a complete management system IQMS “oly q” which include quality management systems, as well as environmental, hygiene and personnel safety management systems.
Its products are certified by organizations such as Bureau Veritas, EVPU, BSI, DEDAL, CNBOP, and others. The company applies an integrated management system (IQMS) that incorporates quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety, and information security management systems. OLYMPIA ELECTRONICS SA is certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 and for the second time (first time in 2005) has been accredited the European enterprise distinction in the scope of EFQM Levels of Excellence.
