The AIDONITSA company was founded in Thessaloniki in 1988 by Aidonitsa Topouzli. The original purpose of this company was the retail sales of lighting, furniture and other household goods through its shop in Menemeni. In 1999 it expanded and developed a wholesaler department for stores throughout Greece. This sector operated in privately owned facilities in Kalochori, Thessaloniki until 2008. Since then AIDONITSA has been upgraded as it moved to new larger facilities of 4,000 sqm in Ag. Athanasios of Thessaloniki, where it is still established. AIDONITSA is expanding into the manufacture of luminaires and special luminaires and in 2016 has created a new brand of modern and innovative luminaires, Med Lights, which are distributed worldwide.

At the same time, it has the online store www.alphab2b.gr which is aimed only at wholesale customers.
