ACCORDIA (formerly Biokal) is a Greek company that designs and manufactures high precision communication and control cables.
We started in the ’70s with the aim of meeting domestic market requirements for television antenna cables. Soon we became the leader of the Greek market in coaxial cables, with exports to 20 countries and 3 continents.
In recent years, we expanded our cables range to meet new needs in the field of communications and smart buildings. To highlight this change, we updated our corporate identity and rebranded as ACCORDIA in 2021.
Today we manufacture 75 and 50 Ohm coaxial cables, data cables, audio cables, CCTV cables, burglar and fire alarm cables, BUS/KNX/EIB cables, signal and control cables, for TV, audio, video, RF, data, smart buildings, security, broadcast and automation applications.
We have developed FlameSmart technology for better cable reaction to fire, AllWeather technology for longer outdoor cable life and HyperShield technology for increased cable protection from electromagnetic interference.
ACCORDIA is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. All our cables are certified by notified bodies according to CPR up to class B2ca, s1,d1,a1. The BUS/KNX cables we produce are additionally certified by KNX association.
