The establishment of the company OIKO-KYKLIOS SA was held in 2010 with the aim of implementing recycling methods in the industry of lamps and waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). OIKO-KIKLIOS SA is the only lamp-recycling factory in Greece and the company is also active in the sector of processing and trading SCRAP materials for recycling.
Regarding WEEE, the company cooperates with the scheme Fotokiklosi SA and the Recycling of Appliances SA. The recycling unit of the company OIKO-KIKLIOS SA is certified with the Quality Management System – ISO: 9001, the Environmental Management System – ISO: 14001, the Health and Safety System – ISO: 45001, the Information Security Management System – ISO 27001 and the European standard for the management of electrical and electronic waste – WEEELABEX.
OIKO-KIKLIOS innovates in the photovoltaic panel recycling sector. The company’s services include the collection and transportation of panels, their processing and the distribution of recovered waste to end recipients.
The installation of a photovoltaic panel recycling machine at the factory of OIKO-KIKLIOS SA represents a strategic step toward sustainability and innovation.
